Collecting client reviews helps build credibility. Here’s how to send a review request after closing a deal.

Step 1: Log into your account and go to Business Leads (via the Notification Bell Icon).
Step 2: Find the relevant lead and set its status to Closed in the Status column.
Step 3: Once the lead status is "Closed," use the pre-filled email template or customize it to add a personal touch and click review request.
Tips:
- Follow Up: Send a reminder if no review is submitted after a few days.
- Timing: Send requests within 24-48 hours for the best response.
