Lead credit policy

You have the option to submit eligible leads for a lead credit

• Lead credits must be requested within 30 days of receiving the lead.

• Leads that comply with the policy outlined below are eligible for a credit:
  
  • Solicitation (e.g. trying to sell you a product or service).
  • Wholesalers.

• • Mismatched leads (e.g. an investor is requesting something outside of the matching path). 
    
    - (FOR LENDERS ONLY)

    This will also include the following loan types: 

    Commercial for 5+ units - Land - Construction- Personal - DSCR with a credit score under 639

    Loan amount below $75K for purchase only

    Non Owner Occupied leads with less than 10% down payment
  • Duplicate leads (received from the BiggerPockets platform within 30 days).
  • Invalid contact information (Incorrect email or invalid phone number).
