I understand you’re in research mode, you’ll miss good opportunities if you only browse casually. I can send you the right deals that match your criteria. What is your criteria?
“I’m not ready to buy yet.”
Your Response:
No problem at all. Most investors have a preparation phase. What I usually do during this time is help them fine-tune their criteria, introduce them to lenders, and start analyzing deals together. That way, once you ARE ready, you’re already ahead. What timeline are you thinking?
“I only want off-market deals.”
Your Response:
Off-market deals are great, and I do have access to some. Many solid cash-flowing properties are on-market too; they just get overlooked because most buyers aren’t running the numbers. I can send you both: off-market opportunities AND on-market deals that actually pencil out.
“I need financing options first.”
Your Response:
