This video will show you how to access calculators to analyze deals.

Step 1: Log into your profile on BiggerPockets.com

Step 2: Go to Analyze Deals in the gray toolbar located at the top of the page.

Step 3: Select the type of deal you want to analyze by strategy.

Step 4: Select Start a new report.
