Reminder: Instead of canceling, you have the option to temporarily pause your account for up to 60 days. Some professionals use this time to revisit leads or they are waiting on some deals to close.
Tip: Before requesting a cancellation, we strongly encourage you to inform your designated Customer Success Specialist about any challenges you may be facing in the program. This will allow them to provide tailored solutions to address any concerns or difficulties you may have encountered.
