This article will explain how to reactivate your business membership if your monthly payment did not process.

1. Log into your account.

2. Go to your your profile picture in the upper right corner.

3. Navigate to your business profile.

4. Input your designated promo code for your business line. (This will be in the email sent to you.)

5. Add your card information and let featured@biggerpockets.com know that the information is updated.
