Why your profile isn't showing up in the search results
Unable to locate your business in the Lender Finder Tool Directory or the search results
- If your business is not visible, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
- Your lead bundle subscription is paused.
- You have a throttle on your leads.
- Your lead bundle subscription is canceled and all of your leads are delivered.
- Your payment for your lead bundle failed.
- More than 5 professionals are in your market. If there are more than 5 in the market, you will not show up each time in the finder.
- You do not have a logo on your business profile.
- Your featured market, subtypes, specialties, and/or mile radius is incorrect.
