- When Will I Be Charged? You’ll be charged on your subscription start date. The card used to create your Business page is the card that will be charged for your subscription. If you need to update your payment method, you can follow this article to update the credit card on file.
- How Often Do I Renew? Subscriptions automatically renew once you use your last lead, this is not a monthly subscription. You’ll receive a reminder email when you have 5 leads remaining so you have time to plan ahead. You can view your remaining leads at any time in your Business Leads. If you’re not ready to renew, please email us at featured@biggerpockets.com before receiving your last lead to pause your subscription.

- Can I Reactivate a Cancelled Business Page?
Yes. If you’ve had a Business page in the past that was cancelled, you can reactivate it instead of creating a new one. Click here to follow the reactivation steps and get your account up and running again.
- What's Included With the Business and Pro Membership? Both memberships give you access to tools and resources to grow your business. - How Do I Get Matched With Investors? Matching works differently depending on the type of featured program. In general, we connect you with investors based on market, strategy, and/or radius:
