- If your CRM cannot use our metadata many Featured professionals use a third party email parser such as Zapier, Mailparser.io, or Pabbly to input information into their CRM so that they can automate the deal creation and followup process.
- How does it work?
Once a lead is submitted, we send an email to the lead email address you provided in your Business Account. That email has information that lives inside it used by Zapier. Then you can parse the lead emails by scraping the metadata. If your CRM does not automatically scrape MetaData, Zapier will solve this problem for you. To get your email parsing set up, you’ll need to work directly with the lead parsing partner. They’ll handle the setup and configuration to make sure everything flows seamlessly into your account. Once they’re finished, just let us know if you need a test lead sent!
Tip: Check with your CRM to validate if they parse lead emails with metadata. If your CRM does not automatically scrape MetaData you can use a third party email parser.
